Salon Policies
All appointments are booked online, no walk-in appointments available. When booking an appointment a credit card will be placed on file. Please be sure to read each service and book correctly, as changes to your service the day of, may not be possible due to other booked clients. Please arrive with fully detangled hair to avoid a $25 detangle fee. A processing fee of 3.5% will be applied at time of checkout to every credit card transaction. Or you can bring cash to avoid the processing fee.
Appointment Preparation
If your coming in for a wash and set style, please arrive with hair detangled and free from previous style. If your coming in for a curly cut, please arrive with hair down in its natural state, no pony tails, clips, buns, hats etc. If your coming in for color, please be sure to see color policies before booking. If hair is not properly prepped for the service, a detangling fee of $25 or a wash and blow service of $60 will be ADDED to your service.
Late Arrival
Please be sure to arrive no later than 15 minutes, as if any later we may have to reschedule your appointment, or alter the service for the sake of time.
No-Show Appointments
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will result in ineligibility to rebook in the future.
Cancellation
Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

Color Consultation
A consultation is required before any color service is done. Please do not book a color service without booking a color consultation. When arriving for color, please have hair brushed out in its natural state, or blown out. Clean and free from product. If hair is not properly prepped, a wash and blow dry service will be ADDED to your color service.
